Jimmy has 16 years experience in Irish advertising. He started his career in 1993 with Ogilvy. In 1995 he moved to ARKS advertising to work on Guinness. From there, he went to Cawley Nea as an Account Director. In 2003 he was appointed to the board with responsibility for client service. He left in 2006 to set up The Hive. Jimmy has been recognized more than any other single advertising professional by the ADFX awards winning 5 times including the Grand Prix in 2004 for C&C’s Club Energise. He has worked domestically and internationally on a host of the country’s most famous brands, including Guinness, C&C, Dairygold, Playstation, RaboDirect.ie, Today FM, The Defence Forces, Jameson and News International.
